At the heart of Bleach Please Salon is the shared vision of co-founders
Heather and Jennifer—
two passionate women driven to redefine the luxury salon experience in Orange Park.
Heather brings over 31 years of hands-on expertise as a licensed cosmetologist, having built her career through advanced education, unwavering dedication, and a deep love for the craft. Jennifer, with two decades of experience in the beauty industry, specializes in operations, client experience, and business strategy. Though not behind the chair, she’s committed to mastering every detail that elevates both the client journey and the stylist environment.
Together, Heather and Jenn have created a space where artistry meets excellence—a salon built on professionalism, education, and personalized care. Their mission is simple: to empower stylists, exceed client expectations, and deliver a luxury experience at every touchpoint.

At Bleach Please, we’re deeply rooted in the local business community, with a strong focus on empowering and uplifting women business owners. As an Ambassador for the Clay Chamber of Commerce and a proud board member of the Women’s Empowerment Council, we’re committed to fostering meaningful connections, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities for women to thrive in business.
We also host bi-weekly Girls Night Out events, bringing women together to create and strengthen friendships, network, and inspire one another.
